wondering

That's a lovely poem. Very sensitive. Who was Justine thinking of when she wrote it?

Dear Justine,
We still miss you with a sad ache in our hearts. We wish you were with us now to hear you talk about your class and how special each child was. Keep hoping for your precious family for this to be resolved. Hugs and love to you. Always my dear friend. :O)

The Swartz Family

Tonight, on the 3rd anniversary of the murder of Justine, her own words speak for what is in our hearts. Below is a poem Justine wrote exactly one month before she was killed. Thank you for all of your undying love and support. Keep praying. Keep having faith. Keep loving her.
-Heidi, Stephen & Lauren

I am the ring of water that begins when a tiny pebble falls into the stream

As time goes my presence will become known, far and wide.

I am an actor behind the scenes waiting patiently for my part to begin.

I am your cheerleader, silently cheering for you.

I am hopeful of our future and know that I am blessed to be in your life.

You are always in my thoughts and prayers

someone who cares

I still grieve for the loss of my friend, Justine. The fact that her killer is still free makes it so much worse. Prayers go out today, as always, for Justine's family to stay strong and never give up seeking justice for their beautiful daughter and our wonderful friend. And prayers for the police and CA to get enough proof to take this to court and see that her killer is punished.

SAD

-JUST ONE MORE MINUTE.Always be aware that this life is all you have.Once a minute is gone, there is no way to get it back,no matter how much apologizing atoning you do.There will come a time when one of you will lay down for the last time.only then will wish you had those hours when,in anger, you didnt speak to each other.Only then will you remember all the times you spent with freinds while your partner waited for you, alone.Only then will you remember the kind words you could have said, but didn't.Only then will you remember when you could have shown understanding, but displayed anger.Only then will you remember when your partner wanted to talk, but you ignored her.Only then, when you hold her hand for the final time, will you pray for a little more time,PLEASE GOD-just one more minute

Thinking of you as always Justine!
To your family, know that you are in my prayers as always. We still hope, for without hope we have nothing.
